John Cunningham, Founder, CEO and President, VTS
I have a very special announcement I’d like to share. But first, to the thousands of VTS customers I have had the pleasure of doing business with over the years, I’d like to say thank you for allowing me and my team to help you be more efficient and operate your business more safely.
It’s been 19 years since my wife Karen and I founded VTS, and technology has changed so much since 2002. VTS has grown and evolved as an innovative technology company. But the one constant at VTS has always been to deliver you the most cost-effective fleet management solutions, which we continue to deliver with our white glove service and support.
Building a Business on Best-in-Class Customer Experience
From the start, we committed to a client-first service approach as one of our core company values. And that dedication to customer experience continues to be a key differentiator and guiding principal for everything we do.
I’m proud to say that we’ve grown to serve more than 3,000 customers with VTS’s connected fleet and safety operations solutions – from emerging small businesses to complex, regulated organizations with thousands of vehicles and assets.
Leveraging Our Expertise to Fuel Innovative Fleet and Safety Management Solutions
IntelliShift, which leverages VTS’s 20 years of IoT and telematics expertise, is disrupting the way front-line workers in a variety of operations roles view and take action on data. Its cloud-based fleet and safety management platform features both telematics and AI video capabilities within a single solution, furthering its mission to intelligently predict and optimize business performance across departments.
Recently, IntelliShift was named to the 2021 Gartner Market Guide for Transportation Mobility. According to Gartner, “the global commercial telematics market continues to grow at approximately 25% per year.” This strong growth rate illustrates the market need for next-generation video telematics.
Partnering to Deliver Maximum Customer Value
Today, I’m excited to announce that VTS has partnered with LLR Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm, based in Philadelphia, PA. For more than 20 years, LLR has been helping companies like ours broaden their product portfolio to solve even more mission critical customer challenges, while expanding the level of customer support and service.
What does this mean? It means that IntelliShift will expand both our product offerings and service offering. The capital will be used to fuel our product innovation, drive customer value by optimizing connected fleet and safety processes and will help further bolster innovations like our recently announced IntelliShift AI Video product.
Our new partner, LLR, shares our passion for building a best-in-class customer experience, and brings key expertise when it comes to accelerating our telematics and IoT offerings. Together, our joint goal will be the same as it ever was – for VTS to help your business grow and prosper.
In this new partnership, VTS will operate as an independent platform company. I will assume the role of Chair of the Board of Directors, and Karen will serve as a Board Member.
So stay tuned for more exciting announcements from VTS in the coming months and years. We’re just getting started.
