Faltorusso was selected as the winner of Gainsight’s GameChanger Product VIP award in the Growth Champion category. Awarded to the individual who is most helping his or her company revolutionize the future of customer success and product experience by challenging the status quo, Faltorusso was chosen for her ability to leverage customer usage and adoption data to drive strategic customer engagement and predict customer challenges. She has also been able to increase customer marketing engagements by 90%, leveraging Gainsight PX In-App Engagements to promote and socialize customer marketing initiatives.
In addition, Faltorusso was named to SuccessCOACHING’s Top 25 Customer Success Influencers list, which recognizes the leading players in the industry for their contributions in the customer success space. The list was determined by a panel of six expert judges, who narrowed down the list of more than 1,000 nominees and selected the winners based on their insights and contributions to the industry.
