IntelliShift Customer Referral Program
How It Works:
- Connect & Recommend: As an IntelliShift customer, you can easily refer businesses you know who could benefit from our unified fleet management platform and data-driven insights.
- Share the Advantage: You can submit referrals through a dedicated form on your IntelliShift portal or by sharing a unique referral link we provide.
- A New Partnership: The referred company must be a new IntelliShift customer and sign up for a qualifying IntelliShift platform subscription (e.g., telematics and/or video minimally).
The Rewards:
- For You: For each successful referral, you’ll receive up to a $1,000 gift card.
- If the referred lead purchases an agreement between 15-99 assets – $500
- If the referred lead purchases an agreement with 100 or more assets – $1000
- Minimum referral fleet size of 15 subscriptions
- Qualified Referral must purchase telematics and/or AI video (e.g. a maintenance only subscription is ineligible)
- For Your Referral: The company you refer will receive a $500 gift card, after processing their first months billing, as our way of saying thanks, subject to eligibility criteria.
Important Details:
- Referral Rewards: Referral rewards (e.g., gift cards) are offered as a token of appreciation for introducing new customers to our business. A reward is only issued after the referred party completes a qualifying purchase or action, as determined solely by Intellishift.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for the referral credit, the referred company must be a Qualifying Referral (e.g., new IntelliShift customer) and enter into a paid subscription agreement and have completed their first full month of service and their payment has been processed.
- Gift Cards: Your up-to$1,000 gift card and your referred contact’s gift card will be sent to the preferred email addresses digitally.
- Tracking: We’ll track your referrals through your unique referral link or the referral submission form through the IntelliShift website.
- No Limit to Your Impact: There’s no limit to the number of companies you can refer (and gift cards you can earn)! Share the power of IntelliShift and keep earning!
- This program is subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice.
- This offer is void where prohibited by law.
IntelliShift Customer Referral Program – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the IntelliShift Customer Referral Program (the “Referral Program”), under which existing IntelliShift customers (“Referrers”) can refer potential new customers (“Referred Customers”) to IntelliShift and earn certain rewards. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility for Participation:
- Referrers must be current IntelliShift customers with an active, paid subscription at the time of the Referred Customer’s qualifying subscription and reward payout.
- Referrers must have the necessary permissions to share the contact information of their referrals. By submitting a referral, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the Referred Customer’s consent to share their information with IntelliShift.
- Referrers must be at least 18 years of age.
- Referrers must not be prohibited by their employer from receiving the referral reward. It is the Referrer’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with their employer’s policies regarding participation in referral programs and receipt of rewards.
- Referrers cannot refer themselves, their own business, or individuals or entities with whom they are directly associated (e.g., separate contacts within the same company or a secondary business owned or controlled by the Referrer).
- Employees of IntelliShift and its affiliates (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program.
- Submitting a Referral:
- Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral mechanism within the Referrer’s IntelliShift website page (landing page) or via a unique referral link provided by IntelliShift, if applicable.
- The referral must be submitted before the Referred Customer has engaged in any direct sales discussions with IntelliShift. Referrals for companies already in contact with the IntelliShift sales team will not be eligible.
- Referrers must provide accurate and complete information about the Referred Customer as requested in the referral submission process.
- Qualifying Referral:
A “Qualifying Referral” must meet all of the following conditions:
- The referral is submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Referred Customer has not been an IntelliShift customer of record in the previous 12 months.
- The Referred Customer enters into a paid subscription agreement for an IntelliShift platform (e.g., Telematics and/or AI Video).
- The Referred Customer remains an active, paying subscriber for at least one full month following the commencement of their subscription with active payments.
- Referral Rewards:
- For the Referrer: For each qualifying referral, the Referrer will receive up to a $1,000 gift card, sent digitally.
- For the Referred Customer: The Referred Customer will receive a $500 gift card, sent digitally.
- Rewards are subject to change at IntelliShift’s sole discretion. The reward amounts in effect at the time the Referred Customer signs up for a qualifying subscription will apply.
- Reward Payout:
- Referrer Gift Credit: The up to $1,000 gift card will be sent digitally to the Referrer’s submitted email address after the Referred Customer has completed their first full month of service and their payment for that month has been successfully processed. Payouts are correlated to fleet size as follows:
- 15-99 = $500 gift card to referrer and $500 gift card to referee
- 100+= $1,000 gift card to referrer and $500 gift card to referee
- Referred fleets must purchase either Telematics and/or AI Video for eligibility
- IntelliShift reserves the right to determine eligibility for rewards in its sole discretion.
- Disqualification of Referrals:
A referral may be disqualified for various reasons, including but not limited to:
- The Referred Customer was already an existing IntelliShift customer or had prior contact with the IntelliShift sales team before the referral.
- The Referred Customer does not sign up for a qualifying IntelliShift platform subscription.
- The Referred Customer cancels their subscription within the first month.
- The referral was a self-referral.
- The referral was not submitted through the proper channels or did not include complete and accurate information.
- The Referrer violated any of these Terms and Conditions.
IntelliShift reserves the sole right and discretion to determine the eligibility of any referral and the issuance of any reward. All decisions by IntelliShift regarding the Referral Program are final.
- Data Privacy:
By participating in the Referral Program, Referrers acknowledge and agree that IntelliShift may collect, process, and use their personal information and the personal information of their Referred Customers for the purpose of administering the Referral Program. Referrers represent that they have obtained all necessary consents from their Referred Customers for the sharing of their personal information with IntelliShift. IntelliShift’s collection and use of personal information will be in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at [Insert Link to IntelliShift Privacy Policy].
- Program Changes and Termination:
IntelliShift reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to the Referral Program or these Terms and Conditions will be effective upon posting on the IntelliShift website or within the IntelliShift portal. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
- Limitation of Liability:
IntelliShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Referral Program, even if IntelliShift has been advised of the possibility of such damages. IntelliShift’s total liability to any Referrer under the Referral Program shall not exceed the total value of the referral rewards earned by that Referrer.
- Governing Law; Venue:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Each of the parties hereto submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York located in Suffolk County, New York in any claim, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Referral Program. EACH OF THE PARTIES HERETO IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ALL RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY SUIT, ACTION OR OTHER PROCEEDING INSTITUTED BY OR AGAINST SUCH PARTY IN RESPECT OF ITS, HIS OR HER OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER.
- Severability. If any one or more provisions of these T&Cs shall be held to be illegal, invalid, unenforceable, or void, the remainder of these T&Cs shall remain in full force to the extent the economic benefit conferred upon the parties by these T&Cs remain substantially unimpaired.
- Relationship of the Parties. Nothing in these T&Cs nor in any exhibit will be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship between the parties, or as authorizing either party to act as agent for the other or to enter contracts on behalf of the other party.
- Taxes: Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on any referral rewards you receive.

FAQs
- How do I refer someone to IntelliShift? Simply navigate to the referral web page [to be inserted] and enter both your and your referrals contact information including email addresses. Who can I refer? You can refer any business that is not already an IntelliShift customer or has not been an IntelliShift customer within the past 12 months and could benefit from our connected fleet management platform. Make sure you have their permission to share their contact information with us.
- Is there a limit to how many people I can refer? No, there’s no limit! Feel free to refer as many eligible businesses as you know. The more successful referrals you make, the more you can earn.
- What qualifies as a successful referral? A referral is successful when (i) the referral is a Qualified Referral and (ii) the business you refer signs up for a qualifying IntelliShift platform subscription (e.g., Standard, Professional, or Enterprise plan) using your referral link and remains an active, paying subscriber for at least one full month.
- What reward do I get for a successful referral? For each successful referral, you’ll receive up to a $1,000 gift card, depending on what fleet package your referral purchases.
- What reward does the person I refer get? The company you refer, with a minimum active subscription fleet size of 15, will receive a $500 gift card; as long as either Telematics and/or AI Video is included in the agreement.
- When will I receive my gift card or account credit? Your up to $1,000 reward will be digitally sent to your email address on file after the company you referred has completed their first full month of service and their payment has been successfully processed.
- Do I still get a reward if the company I refer was already talking to IntelliShift? No, to be eligible for a reward, your referral must be submitted before they have engaged in any direct sales discussions with the IntelliShift sales team.
- What if I referred someone, and they signed up, but I haven’t received my credit? There could be a few reasons. Please ensure the company you referred has completed their first full month of service and their payment has been processed. If it has been longer than expected, please contact our team at referrals@intellishift.com
- Can I refer myself or my own company? No, self-referrals or referrals of entities you are directly associated with are not eligible for rewards.
- Why was my referral not eligible for a reward? There are several reasons why a referral might not be eligible, including:
- The referred company was already in contact with IntelliShift sales.
- The referred company has a fleet size of fewer than 15 assets.
- The referred company did not sign up for a qualifying IntelliShift platform subscription (e.g. Telematics or AI video).
- The referred company canceled their subscription before completing the first full month.
- It was a self-referral.
- The referral was not submitted correctly through your unique link or the designated form.
