Hands-on training

Tailored training and enablement based on your business needs and use cases. Training is available to support admins and end-users alike and is ongoing throughout the customer journey.

You meet your dedicated onboarding and customer success team members, establish partnership and business goals, and set expectations for the onboarding process.

Onboarding officially kicks off. This stage includes training, installation, implementation, regular status reports, and a post-onboarding review with the team.



As you ramp up, we conduct recurring strategy sessions, business reviews, product release training and full program management to ensure the deployment continues smoothly.

Once you hit your ROI success goal, we celebrate by highlighting the business impact. At this stage, we'll identify new business initiatives and opportunities for growth, and turn our attention to additional key performance indicators.



Review our partnership and align on renewal and opportunities for expansion. At this stage, you'll be included in customer reference and referral programs as well.
